Personal Banking

Pinnacle On-Line will allow our clients immediate access to their account information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, from the convenience of their homes or offices. Use Pinnacle On-Line to:

• Obtain Account Information - Review account balances, history, statements and search for transactions
• Transfer funds between your Pinnacle On-Line accounts
• Set-up account alerts to notify you when transactions have been executed
• Make loan payments on your Pinnacle Bank loans
• View loan and CD balance information
• Download account information into financial management software such as Intuit's Quicken, Microsoft Money, Spreadsheet (.csv) or Word Processing (.txt)
• Check Images - View the front and back of checks paid against your account
• Set up recurring transfers from one account to another
• Stop payments on checks (and the payment is stopped immediately)
• Contact the bank via e-mail
• Pay with PowerPay - Initiate payments online from your checking account. Our clients will have the ability to set up repetitive payments or one time transactions using our PowerPay tool.

All you need is an Internet connection and a Web Browser that supports 128-bit SSL encryption. Microsoft Explorer version 3.02 (or higher) and Netscape Navigator 3.0 (or higher) both support this encryption. You may contact either of these vendors for a current copy of their browser.
