Robert A. Homco, President/CEO & Director
Bob is the President/CEO of Pinnacle Bank. He brings over 30 years of banking experience,
of which the last 20 have been in the Phoenix Market. Bob was the founding President/CEO of
Valley Commerce Bank where he spent the past 9 years. During Bob's tenure, the bank, which
opened in April, 1995, grew to $150 million in assets, accumulated over $7 million in retained
earnings and was ranked as the #1 bank by the voters of the Phoenix Business Journal as the
Best Small Bank in Arizona in 2000, 2002, 2003, and 2004. Prior to Valley Commerce, Bob spent
nearly 10 years with Johnson Bank in the Camelback Corridor where he served as Executive Vice
President/Chief Credit Officer. Additionally, Bob was with Norwest Bank for 13 years serving as
a Branch and District Manager primarily in the upper Midwest.
Bob is a proven and tested leader with an enviable track record and a reputation for quality
asset growth. This, combined with a committed local Board of Directors along with strong support
from an outstanding Advisory Board will provide a solid foundation on which to grow Pinnacle Bank.
