Our Board of Directors is local to the Phoenix area which will allow Pinnacle Bank to make quick decisions for our clients. They are a diverse group and bring a great deal of expertise in a number of industries.

Thomas P. Rietz, Chairman

Tom is President of Canterra Homes and builds subdivisions of single-family homes in the Phoenix market. Tom is responsible for obtaining bank financing, overseeing construction, seeking approvals from city councils throughout the Phoenix area.

Bradley R. Nilsen, Vice-Chairman

Brad is a consultant for several local area businesses. Additionally he has several ownership interests in businesses located in the valley. Prior to becoming a consultant, Brad was the Vice-President and General Manager of KNXV-TV, Channel 15.

Dale C. Davis

Dale has been practicing dentistry continuously in Arizona since opening his general dentistry practice in 1975. Dale has been in the valley for 30 years and is actively involved in the Boy Scout organization.

Rob is a Certified Public Accountant and currently the Vice President of Finance and Principal with The Athens Group, a full service development company specializing in high-end luxury resort and hotel development.

Thomas G. McKinley

Tom currently owns and operates Clearwater Beverages, LLC, a water bottling company that provides private and custom label bottled water throughout Arizona. Prior to his ownership of Clearwater Beverages, Tom has over 24 years experience in the automotive/transportation management industry working with small and large businesses seeking solutions to temporary and long-term transportation problems.

Stephen is President and Managing Director of Franchise Capital Advisors, Inc. Franchise Capital Advisors provides debt origination, sale/leaseback and mergers and acquisitions advisory services to chain retail industries.

David L. Timmerman

Dave is a mortgage professional who employs more then 30 people in his mortgage operation. In addition to his management responsibilities, Mr. Timmerman maintains a personal client list specializing in high dollar luxury homes.
